GEAR UP & WIN - TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Mall of Qatar “Gear Up & Win” Campaign is valid from AUGUST 21st to OCTOBER 04th, 2025.
• (x1) Raffle coupon will be issued for minimum spend of QAR 200 at any store in Mall of Qatar.
• (x2) Raffle coupon will be issued for minimum spend of QAR 200 at any store in Mall of Qatar on weekdays (Sunday till Tuesday).
• Customers may redeem their receipts with coupons from the Customer Services Desks and “Gear Up & Win” Counters at Mall of Qatar.
• Customers must present an original and valid QID/passport to register for the raffle draw.
• Purchase receipts from various retailers can be combined to meet the minimum spend required to enter the raffle draw.
• Draw dates:
• First draw on September 07 at 6:00 PM: 100 Gifts (1 gift per winner).
• Second draw on September 14 at 6:00 PM: 100 Gifts (1 gift per winner).
• Third draw on September 21 at 6:00 PM: 100 Gifts (1 gift per winner).
• Fourth draw on September 28 at 6:00 PM: 100 Gifts (1 gift per winner).
• Fifth draw on October 05 at 6:00 PM: 100 Gifts (1 gift per winner).
• Each of the 500 winners will receive 1 gift.
• Coupons are non-transferable, and prizes must be claimed only by the registered coupon holder.
• Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the draw date.
• Prizes are not permitted to be exchanged for cash.
• Winners must collect the official Prize Handover Letter issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in Qatar. Then, the letter must be submitted to Mall of Qatar management to collect the Prize.
• Winners must present the original raffle coupon counterfoil along with valid original QID/passport to claim the prize.
• Mall of Qatar is not responsible for lost coupons, whether inside or outside the mall.
• Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided on their raffle coupon.
• This campaign does not include exchange shops, money transfer companies, telecommunications companies, clinics, and other services, such as: Al-Dar Exchange, Al-Fardan Exchange, Tawfiq Travel, beIN Sports, Galaxy Fun Cars, Joury Tours & Travel, Ooredoo, Qatar Airways, Qatar International Islamic Bank, Qatar Islamic Bank, Qatar National Bank, SAC Clinics, Vodafone, DHL, RP Tech, wholesalers, and traders in general. Any invoices resulting from the purchase of goods from the mall for wholesale purposes are not eligible to participate in this campaign and obtain coupons for them.
• The above terms and conditions apply solely to the “Gear Up & Win” campaign and only within the specified campaign period.
• Mall of Qatar Mall Management staff, staff of all stores and related families are not permitted to participate in the raffle draw.
• The “Gear Up & Win” campaign shall not be considered as a promise to obtain any financial or otherwise profits or gifts for the coupon holders.
• Mall of Qatar reserves the right to amend these rules after the approval of the Ministry of Commerce & Industry.
• Participation in the draw implies acceptance of all these terms and conditions.
• Mall of Qatar also reserves the right to cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice, after the approval from the Ministry of Commerce & Industry.
