Terms and Conditions:
The offer is valid only for purchases made at stores in Mall of Qatar (MOQ), where the tenants will be identified based on Merchant and Terminal ID provided by Mall of Qatar.
All QNB Life Rewards credit cardholders are eligible for this offer, including QNB staff. The offer is not applicable to cards classified under SMEs and Corporate.
Bonus Life Rewards points will be rewarded based on the card type used and will be credited by 15 August 2025.
There is no cash alternative to the campaign’s rewards.
QNB shall not be responsible or liable for any system failure, product variation, cancellation, additional fees incurred, or service quality provided by Mall of Qatar and/or its partners/tenants.
Transactions from non-listed merchants or Terminal IDs not provided by Mall of Qatar are not eligible for bonus points.
QNB shall not be in breach of its obligations or otherwise be liable to continue this offer as a result of any “Force Majeure Event.” A “Force Majeure Event” in these terms and conditions shall mean circumstances beyond the reasonable control of QNB, including but not limited to strikes and other industrial disputes, acts and regulations of any governmental or supranational bodies or authorities in any jurisdiction, transport, port or air disruptions, acts of God, hurricanes, tornadoes and other weather conditions, strikes, lockouts or other industrial disturbances, wars, riots, sabotage, acts of public enemies, terrorist acts or gang violence, floods, or other natural disasters. In such circumstances, QNB’s obligation to eligible persons shall automatically stand discharged without the necessity to provide notice.
QNB shall be entitled, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to change, modify, or cancel any of the terms of this campaign or terminate it without liability, after obtaining MOCI’s approval.
All other terms and conditions shall refer to the Life Rewards Program Terms and Conditions.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and the Qatari courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and settle any disputes arising from or in relation to them.
Members will collect 3x Life Rewards points (as per card type) on their spending at Mall of Qatar only, from 30 April 2025 until 30 June 2025.
Mall of Qatar is not responsible for any disputes arising from the accumulation or redemption of QNB Life Rewards points through this campaign or for any downtime in QNB’s system.
