1.Introduction

Welcome to the Advantage Pass - Corporate Offer Program ("Program") offered by

 Mall of Qatar W.L.L. ("MOQ"). This Program provides exclusive promotional offers to employees of selected companies. 

By using any offer under this Program, you (“Participant” or “Employee”) confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

2.Acceptance of Terms

By redeeming any offer under this Program, you agree to comply with these Terms.

MOQ may update the Terms at any time. The most recent version will be published on the official MOQ website.

3. Who Can Participate?

To be eligible for this Program, you must be:

• An employee or registered member of a corporate entity with a current agreement with MOQ.

• Able to present the following upon redemption of any offer:

• A valid company-issued ID or other form of employment verification approved by MOQ.

• A valid Qatari ID (QID).

4. About the Offer.

The offers are promotional in nature and provided by individual participating retailers operating within MOQ.

• MOQ acts only as a facilitator of the Program and does not guarantee the availability, quality, or pricing of the offers.

• Each retailer sets its own terms, values, and expiration dates for the offers.

• Offers:

  • cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or loyalty programs unless the retailer allows it.

  • They have no cash value and are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

5. Program Validity

• The Program runs from July 1, 2025, and is valid for one year.

•  MOQ and its participating retailers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any offer, or the entire Program, without prior notice and without incurring liability, provided such modification or termination complies with applicable Qatari laws.

6. Communication of Updates

All official updates to the Program, including newly added offers or changes to existing ones, will be communicated via:

• MOQ’s official website; www.mallofqatar.com.qa

• Email notifications to registered corporate partners; (the company not the employee)
   

7. Disclaimer and Responsibilities

• Participation in this Program is voluntary and for the personal benefit of employees.

• MOQ will make all reasonable efforts to ensure smooth access to offers and transparency of terms, but:

  • Does not guarantee the availability of any particular offer.

  • Is not liable if a retailer fails to honor an offer.

  • Is not responsible for any financial loss, damage, or disputes related to the use of an offer.

• In case of any dispute between you and a retailer, MOQ may assist in resolving the issue, but is not obligated to intervene or provide compensation.

• The Program does not form part of any employment contract or employee benefit scheme.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

 MOQ complies with the relevant data privacy regulations applicable in the State of Qatar, including the provisions of Law No. (13) of 2016 on the “Personal Data Privacy Protection Law”
 

9. Redemption Conditions

Offers may only be redeemed in person at participating retailers' locations within Mall of Qatar unless otherwise stated.

The offer must be presented before payment is made. Retroactive application is at the sole discretion of the retailer.

10. Misuses and Violations

• Any misuse or fraudulent use of the Program, including the use of forged IDs or unauthorized access, may result in:

  • Immediate disqualification from the Program;

  • Notification to your employer;

  • Possible legal action as per applicable Qatari laws.

• MOQ reserves the right to audit usage and revoke access to any participant violating the Program’s intent or Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar.

Any disputes arising from or related to the Advantage Pass Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Qatari courts.
